WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after your order is made. We always do our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible! 

 

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES

We hold no responsibility if your package is stolen or Lost.

 

SHIPPING RATES FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN CANADA AND USA

We offer flat rate tracked shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in Canada and the United States.

SALES TAX

All orders are taxed according to your Province or Territory.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at encore.alley.shops@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.

If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier.
